Price: 129 NOK per child + 1 adult. Free for children under 3 years accompanied by an adult. Additional adults must purchase their own ticket.

Join us for a weekend full of discoveries, where we explore fascinating insects and small creatures – both those you find in Ås and some that come from completely different parts of the world!
Small insects play an important role in nature's ecosystem, and through this weekend's activities, our educators want to inspire children and adults to learn more about these cool creatures - and why we must take care of them.
Program Saturday and Sunday at 11–15:
Activities take place throughout the day at Vitenparken :
• Make and decorate your own fridge magnets inspired by endangered insect species
• Learn about biological pest control with Aphid Battle and Goldeneye Caterpillars
• Explore the tiniest creatures in a stereoscope
• Puzzle 2D and 3D puzzles with animals
• Design your own fantasy creep – adapted to an environment you make up yourself!
12:00 – Excursion:
• Join us on a shared walk around campus to look for bugs!
• Gotta catch 'em all! – Can you find all the animals in our nature bingo?
2:30 PM – Meet exotic animals!
On both days we will be visited by exciting exotic animals – both with and without legs!
