A big thank you to everyone who has supported us
When Ås Municipality was forced to cancel the agreement with us to deliver learning content to the municipality's students, many people came forward to support us.
We would like to thank NMBU, NOFIMA and NIBIO who supported us in the matter of our agreement with Ås municipality. Not least, we would like to extend a big thank you to the politicians in the municipal council who see the value of close cooperation with Vitenparken at a time when engaging and fact-based learning and research communication are more important than ever. A continued agreement between Vitenparken and Ås municipality provides children and young people in the district with a unique offer. In addition, it gives the public and guests in Ås continued access to an exciting exhibition, Sunday and holiday activities and a fine restaurant offering. It is also good to see that the local newspaper stands up and addresses issues that are important to all residents of the municipality.

Information from the mayor and possibly 1. Vitenparken The mayor has received inquiries from NMBU, NIBIO and others who are concerned about the consequences if Ås municipality ends its collaboration with Vitenparken Maria-Therese Jensen (V) submitted a proposal for a resolution regarding Vitenparken in accordance with the terminated agreement in March 2020:
"Ås municipality resumes the framework agreement with Vitenparken about purchasing school services in a form and size that is adapted to the municipality's needs and finances.
The Presidency's consideration on 29.04.2020: The Liberal Party's proposal was unanimously adopted.
