Participate as an exhibitor at the Christmas Market November 23rd – 24th from 10 am – 4 pm
Vitenparken is a science center with a focus on sustainable development, and we have been organizing this market for many years. The Christmas market has become a permanent tradition that attracts many visitors from all over the region, and it is known for its cozy, indoor atmosphere in the middle of Norway's most beautiful campus. When the snow falls, the area is transformed into a winter wonderland!
In addition to the market, this year we are organizing an extra exciting Christmas workshop for children – “We code Christmas” as part of our Science Weekend. This means that we expect many families with children who want to experience both the Christmas market and the fun activities for the children. This gives you as an exhibitor a fantastic opportunity to reach a wide audience!
As part of our focus on sustainability, we only invite producers who offer handmade, ethical and sustainable products. This is a great opportunity for you to showcase your products to an environmentally conscious audience who appreciates quality and sustainability.
Please note that the Christmas Market is not a food market, and we therefore do not allow cooking or selling food for immediate consumption. However, ready-made goods such as jam, chocolate, honey and the like are welcome. If you are interested in food markets, we recommend that you check out SmakÅs Jul which takes place on December 7th.
Practical information:
- Price: 15% of sales revenue
- Location: Only one table per exhibitor. Additional costs may apply if you require more tables or additional equipment such as coat hangers.
- Vitenparken reserves the right to determine the location of the stands for the best possible flow and visitor experience.
