Let the children experience the autumn holidays at Vitenparken
Join us for a fun and eventful fall vacation at Vitenparken – a real autumn adventure! The autumn holiday activities are open to everyone and are suitable for children from 1st grade and up.
Weekly program Autumn break on Vitenparken
Monday : What is air? Can you make a vortex in water? or a spinning snake? and (..drum roll) make a volcano outdoors!!
Tuesday : Moving images, what's in it? Make a kite and fly it outside.
Wednesday : Carbon dioxide, just the word suggests that this will be exciting. And what about dancing raisins? Can you make a fire extinguisher? Would you like to bake buns or maybe an orange lamp?
Thursday : Presentation and quiz about seeds. Collect chestnuts and other nuts/seeds and leaves and create artwork. You too: Ice cream with liquid nitrogen!
Friday: Bit:bot BattleBots programming – a big favorite. And the grand finale: Science show with our amazing Researcher Frederic – this will be joyful! 
Plus, we'll be cooking, eating and eating food from the kitchen garden every day 🙂
Practical information about autumn holidays
- Attendance is on Vitenparken .
- The program begins at 9:00 a.m. each day, but it is possible to arrive as early as 8:00 a.m. The program lasts until 3:30 p.m.
- Dress the children according to the weather.
- There will be two meal breaks each day. The children will be served one meal and everyone is asked to bring their own packed lunch for the second meal (around 11:00 and around 14:00).
- Please eat breakfast at home before you arrive.
