The Science Park's own beer sommelier, Haffi , will guide us through the tasting with some information along the way about beer, the history of Christmas beer, traditional Christmas brews and more interesting beer-related things. Join us and find your favorite.
We taste our way through a good selection of Christmas beers, assessing, analyzing and grading them so that participants become a little wiser about what to choose at the pole out of the 250 or 300 Christmas beers the pole is launching this year. We taste a number of this year's Christmas beers (12-14 different ones!).
The focus is on Norwegian producers, mixed with selected exciting foreign producers. We collaborate with Vinmonopolet in Ås and only taste what they order for their shelves this year.
We will taste traditional Christmas beer styles with something new and exciting in between. Of course, there will also be a taste of "Nissen 2022", our own Christmas beer from Parken Mikrobryggeri. Nissen 2022 will be launched at the beginning of November and can be enjoyed exclusively at Vitenparken .
