How many ways can you serve a carrot? What am I supposed to do with sauerkraut? In this course we will roast, boil, fry, blend, smoke, grill, slice, chop and of course taste and eat delicious vegetable dishes.
The course is full. Please register for the vegetarian cooking course on Thursday, March 28th .
Get inspired to create delicious dishes without meat or fish. We will try our hand at vegetarian food with lots of flavor and texture. We will start with a large buffet of vegetables, grains and legumes, and under the safe guidance of the chefs at Vitenparken , we cook a lot of good food.
The course is held at Vitenparken's Food Laboratory, and the course leader is Hafsteinn Snæland, head chef at Vitenparken Café.
