Seasonal cuisine

On Vitenparken Café offers food made from scratch with good, seasonal ingredients. Much of what we use in our kitchen has been harvested, fermented, grown, dried or preserved in other ways. We use as much raw material as possible from local farms. We want to combat food waste by using food innovatively. We make, among other things, flavored salt, syrups and teas from fruit and vegetable peels, microgreens are grown here in the house, and we use our own beer in our food.
