Our restaurant and menu
Our restaurant focuses on high-quality, locally produced food, and many of the ingredients used in the winter menu have been harvested, fermented and preserved from our own kitchen garden – VitenEnga.
We also collaborate with local farmers and producers to ensure both the highest quality and sustainability.
Entertainment
Our facilitators can arrange a fun Christmas quiz and team building activities, and we can also help you book local choirs and music bands.
Venues

The Headquarters
The headquarters is our largest premises and can be accessed via the main entrance or a large, step-free double door at the back of the building.
The venue can be customized as desired, with the following layout options:
– Cinema hall for up to 200 people
– Long tables for up to 150 people
– Group tables for up to 96 people
– Standing event for up to 225 people

The Grain Room
The Grain Room is our second largest and cosiest room, with a beautiful view of the Duck Pond. The room's entrance is via a staircase facing the Duck Pond, but the main entrance can also be used for step-free access.
The premises can be furnished as needed:
- Long table for up to 48 people
- Cinema hall for up to 50 people
- Group tables for up to 60 people
- Horseshoe for up to 24 people

The Happy Professor
The Happy Professor is an excellent place for courses and meetings. The room can be furnished as desired:
- Group table for up to 24 people
- Long table for up to 40 people
- Classroom setup for up to 18 people

Microlife
Mikroliv is an ideal room for meetings and teaching. The room has fixed furniture with a long table that can seat up to 16 people.

Outdoor area and Campus Ås
In our pleasant outdoor area, guests can enjoy our homemade mulled wine by the fire pit, while taking in the beautiful view. In winter, the NMBU campus and park are transformed into a real winter landscape and become a destination in themselves. In addition to the Christmas table and Christmas lunch, it is also possible to book a tour of the campus!
