Food choices – what will we eat in the future?

Join us on a journey that challenges and inspires, and shows that sustainable food can be both exciting and tasty.

What will the food of the future look like in the face of climate challenges and a growing world population? Students are engaged in important questions about our food, sustainability and future food production. We taste "new", smart foods, and look at how our food choices have an impact on the future. Students develop their own food concepts and argue for the choices they have made.

In this session, students get to use their voice both verbally, creatively, and with a ballot – finally, we hold the Food Choice itself!
