Spruce shoot syrup
Make your own syrup! All you need is spruce shoots and cane sugar.
Ingredients
Spruce shoots
Cane sugar
Procedure
We collect the shoots of the spruce in the spring (May), about 8 liters, slightly compressed.
We wash the shoots and let them drain in a colander.
Place the spruce branches in large Norwegian glasses, layered with cane sugar.
NB: do not open the jar!
