Visit the exhibition “Food for Less” this summer
Which sustainability goals are important to you? We at Vitenparken wants to help achieve the goal of sustainable food production, so that more food can be produced with fewer resources. Visit the exhibition, play through all the installations and experience how technology and nature's systems are intertwined for the sustainable food production of the future.
Try the PizzaToget, get the tractor ticket and become a FarmHero
In Food for Less you will encounter many playful installations that will make you think about both your own food choices and how the world's food production should be carried out in the future. Take the plunge with our tractor simulator, compose your own digital pizza with the characters in PizzaToget and become a precision farmer by hitting the weeds in the game FarmHero.
The UN's Sustainable Development Goals and food dilemmas
To meet the challenges of the future, the UN has set 17 goals to be achieved by the year 2030. In this exhibition you can learn about how food production is linked to the UN's sustainable development goals. Dilemmas are everywhere. What dilemmas must we overcome to achieve sustainable food production? We often think the answers are obvious, but there are also dilemmas, and your food choices affect both people and the environment.
If you visit the exhibition with children and young people, you can be sure that everyone will learn something new through both play and reflection.
Interactive installations
Our exhibition consists of installations that we have developed in collaboration with both academia and industry. Here you can play as you like, take as many photos as you want and be inspired. Maybe it is you who will help develop the sustainable food production of the future?
