We've got a soft ice cream machine!
It's standing there so nice and shiny in the café – our brand new soft ice cream machine. It barely makes a sound and out comes fantastic soft ice cream from Kulinaris! We serve it the traditional way, but Haffi also has some exciting tricks up his sleeve.
Chef Haffi is Icelandic. Up there they have a tradition of making clown soft serve ice cream. He wanted to have that here in Eastern Norway too so he got himself a soft serve ice cream machine so he could serve it. No, that's not the whole story, of course. Vitenparken wants to be the preferred place in Ås and the surrounding area for a nice trip out, be it by bike, on foot, or by car if you come a little further. Eventually we will also serve soft ice cream with a Science Park twist – exciting sprinkles and cups and cookies and you name it. This will be fun! Welcome!
