Smart cities will always be closely linked to our food systems and our knowledge of food production. In an urban context, there are also great opportunities for environmental, social and economic sustainability. Implementing urban agriculture to increase the quality of life in cities is therefore an important and exciting topic.
As a follow-up to the national strategy "Farm cities and towns", the master's students in urban agriculture at NMBU have been working on how the Planning and Building Act can be utilized as a tool. Watch their own presentations of the work next Friday! Remember to register soon 😉✨
