Digg vegetarian food – Sold out

How many ways can you serve a carrot? What am I supposed to do with sauerkraut? In this course we will roast, boil, fry, blend, smoke, grill, slice, chop and of course taste and eat delicious vegetable dishes.

Bli inspirert til å lage nydelige retter uten kjøtt eller fisk. Vi prøver oss frem med vegetarmat med masse smak og tekstur. Vi starter med en stort buffet av grønnsaker, korn og belgfrukter, og under trygg ledelse fra kokkene på Vitenparken, lager vi masse god mat.

The course is held at Vitenparken's Food Laboratory, and the course leader is Hafsteinn Snæland, head chef at Vitenparken Café.
