This fall's seminars provide short and exciting insights into the work of the students in the new master's program in urban agriculture at NMBU. On Friday, November 26, the master's students will present their work and preliminary answers to the problem of neighborhoods and food production. We will then conclude with an open discussion about the work.
The breakfast seminars are short digital sessions with student presentations, each addressing important challenges and interesting issues in urban development, where urban agriculture can respond to social, ecological and economic sustainability. The students work in interdisciplinary teams, and have a very broad academic background. The common denominator is a
passionate commitment to food production and sustainable development in greener cities.
This is the fifth and final student seminar to be held in the fall of 2021. In addition to a new series of physical breakfast seminars in 2022, GreenSmart will also launch one final digital breakfast seminar on December 17. More information about this will come soon.
Join us by logging in to the zoom link above and feel free to contribute your input and questions in the discussion after the presentations. Do you have any questions? Please get in touch !
Welcome Friday 26 November at 08:15!
