Vitenparken has all the prerequisites for creating a fantastic event with all rights, whether it is a conference, dinner party , wedding , confirmation , baptism , lecture, exhibition, fair, seminar, Christmas party or dissertation.
Our largest local headquarters is located on the 1st floor with easy access via the main entrance and via large double barn doors at the back of the building.
The headquarters can be furnished as desired, with up to 200 people in a cinema setup, 150 people at long tables, 96 people at group tables or up to 225 people standing.

Technician
NB: When renting the Headquarters, it is assumed that a technician will be hired from Vitenparken This is in addition to the premises rent.

- Includes 5 hours of technique, then NOK 600 per hour
Technique package, full day, fixed price NOK 7,000
- Dress rehearsal
- Custom-made long wall x 3
- Distinctive features of the projectors x 2
- Formatting content for screens
- Preparing audio (microphones)
- Create playlist
- Technician in the room for up to 7.5 hours
- After 7.5 hours it costs NOK 600 per hour.
Availability
- Stage ; The headquarters has its own stage (height 40 cm x width 500 cm).
- Ramp; For access to the stage for wheelchair users, a mobile ramp specially built to standard is used.
- Telecoil; Telecoils are offered for the hearing impaired.
- Bar; The headquarters has its own bar and offers its own brewed beer on tap, in addition to other drinks displayed on a screen.
