The Climate Game – Upper Secondary Level
Free
Up to 30 students
2 hours
The Climate Game is a practical teaching program about climate and renewable energy. The case in the Climate Game is building a wind turbine park in Norway. The students work interdisciplinary with topics such as economics, technology, politics and journalism. They are challenged to take a position on various issues and see climate in a holistic perspective.
The tasks in the Climate Game are practical, challenging and fun for students to work on. They must collaborate across groups and discuss their way to the best solutions.
All upper secondary classes that book tuition through us are also offered an orientation about the various study options available at NMBU by skilled ambassador students who also answer questions about general student life at NMBU.
Competency goals
The program has been developed by educators based on the Faculty Renewal.
