What physical principles drive global warming? How do we use these principles in society? In this teaching program, students are given a challenge to solve before time runs out! Knowledge of energy, chemistry and the environment is put to the test. Which of the groups solves their challenge best?
Following the challenge, some of the principles will be investigated on their own. What effects do the salt levels in the ocean have? What consequences do light and dark and surfaces have on global warming? And how do you best insulate against heat?
Competency goals
The program has been developed by educators based on the Faculty Renewal.
