Can you identify all the ingredients in a dish? In this teaching program, students' knowledge of food, taste, and sustainability will be put to the test!
Sustainable food
Two dishes, but prepared using ingredients with different production backgrounds and histories. Which of these dishes is the most sustainably produced?
Students will be introduced to the topic of sustainability and will receive guidance and tips on which aspects they need to take into account when trying to find the answer. Some examples, as well as open questions for discussion, will help to put them in the right mindset.
- Students will taste each dish, discuss and make assessments.
- Students must do detective work to track down the dish that has been created using the most sustainably produced ingredients.
- all ingredients used in the dishes will be available to the class
