What do you get?

Our grill menu combines good, local ingredients with inspiration from modern Nordic food culture. Our chefs prepare everything with love and expertise, and the menu suits both meat lovers and vegetarians.

The menu includes, among other things:

• Yogurt marinated chicken thighs
• Herb-marinated pork fillet
• Pale Ale & Cheddar sausage from Strøm Larsen
• Vegetarian bratwurst
• Grilled cauliflower with spiced butter
• Mashed sweet potatoes with parmesan
• Barley salad, coleslaw, gremolata, garlic dressing and fresh bread
• Homemade desserts: Brownie with warm berries and carrot cake
