Few of our dinners consist of wild plants, but they have still had a major impact on what we usually have on our plates. After all, all of our food plants come from a wild plant originally!

Did you know: Often there is not just one wild type, as in this game. The crop plant can be bred by crossing different species . When we take care of the wild relatives of wheat, for example, there are at least a handful of different species. Some grow everywhere , others only in very few places .
