ghosting* Glacier (here meaning create, compose, record, rewrite, communicate) is a collaborative and interdisciplinary art project about the glacier among Leon Muraglia, Romek Paluch-Edwards, fotograf Linnea Syversen og koreograf Rebekka Sæter.
The project investigates the human/nature relationship in a time of climate change and will result in an audio-visual work composed, written and created at/in/by the glacier. The project uses artistic approaches to investigating how we continuously affect and are being affected by our interaction with place.
By entangling and blending the boundaries between glacier and human we would like to investigate and explore the continual influences by the presences of bodies and beings, in a coalition of human and more-than-human wills.
The project also address the subconscious and emotional defence-mechanisms many experience in relating to and dealing with climate change. how do these mechanisms manifest themselves in our expression, in our ideas and in our contact with a melting glacier.

Om ghosting Glacier
ghosting Glacier et interdisiplinært kortfilm-prosjekt, som ble startet høsten 2019. Prosjektet er et samarbeid mellom musikere/produsenter Leon Muraglia, Romek Paluch-Edwards, fotograf Linnea Syversen og koreograf Rebekka Sæter
Prosjektet utforsker de komplekse relasjonene mellom menneske og sted med utgangspunkt i ideen om at vi kontinuerlig påvirker og blir påvirket av vår interaksjon med det mer-enn-menneskelige.
Ved å rote til og vikle oss inn i utydelige skillelinjer mellom menneske og isbre er prosjektet et forsøk på å utvikle andre og nye narrativer og historier om stedet isbreen, og om hvordan samhandlingen mellom sted og menneske kan foregå.
Vi utforsker også hvordan våre etablerte narrativer, det seg være historiske, sosio-kulturelle eller kommersielt formede, kommer til uttrykk i møte mellom sted (natur), klimaendringer og våre ulike kunstneriske praksiser.
